Shipping Policy
We provide delivery services for our customers islandwide. Delivery may be subject to an additional fee not exceeding $10 depending on the delivery location. For deliveries, kindly wait up to 3 working days for your delivery to be made. Date and time of delivery are subject to delivery slot availability. Customers will be updated on the delivery status via email provided during checkout or WhatsApp via phone number provided during checkout.
We offer self-collection service at our store as well. (Address: 60, Jalan Lam Huat Carros Centre, S(737869), #01-17) Customers may walk in to our store anytime during our opening hours as follows:
Mondays to Fridays: 8AM-6PM
Saturdays: 8AM-4PM
Sundays & Public Holidays: CLOSED
Return & Exchange Policy
Should there be any issues with the items purchased, customers can visit our store to request for an exchange. When doing so, original receipts must be provided for verification purposes. Exchange of products are allowed for up to one week from date of purchase stated on the receipt.
